I'm redoing my review after interacting with the company.I was disappointed when I received my tag. I took my time with the font styler to get the tag just how I wanted, but when the tag arrived the text was a generic font and the text lines had no space between them...not at all how I planned it out. There was also some kind of dirt on the graphic side of it (I was able to scrape it off). I emailed the customer support and wrote a disappointing review. The company did get back to me; we discussed what the tag looked like and what it should have looked like. The company is sending a new tag. I have not yet received the new tag (in the mail as I type this), but given the steps taken (photos and images) I have no doubt it will be correct. Long story short: All companies have an oopsie once in a while. But, you can be sure that Dog Tag Art will help you out and make it right if anything does get mixed up.
